I am an educator committed to using the processes of coaching, facilitation, and instruction to strengthen the quality of leadership in organizations. My goal is to develop reflective practitioners who possess the ability to understand the root causes of problems and design sustainable solutions that improve programs and services to internal customers and the public. As reflective practitioners, they will understand the larger obligations to individuals and society and address ethical issues with penetrating insight. My developmental focus is on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral competence of talented emerging leaders. When I complete my work, I would like to take pride in the accomplishments of these dedicated stewards of the public interest.
